Q: I don’t see the breed I’m interested in?

A: Please use our “contact us” form and submit a request. We have many pieces of dog art available to use as inspiration for creating a pattern

Q: Are these memorials available in any other size?

A: Because of the complexity of the designs, it is difficult to make the memorials any smaller. The standard size is approximately 10” wide by 7” tall. Larger sizes may be available on special order.

Q: How should I display my pet’s memorial?

A: After much testing and experimentation, we think these memorials look the best when displayed on a shelf, tabletop, or mantle. Transmitted light, such as from a window in your home, seems to overpower the subtleties of the pet’s head and the rainbow. We include a slotted hardwood base for the memorial.

Q:What about special orders?

A: Certainly! We’ll need a photo emailed to us of your pet’s face. We have special software that can transform the photograph into a simulation of the memorial that we will email back to you for your approval.

Q: How do you ship?

A: In the US, we prefer to use UPS ground service, because of the breakage insurance that is included in the shipping cost. We also can use USPS priority mail for domestic shipments, depending on the particular location. For overseas and Canada, we use the US Postal Service’s Global Priority Mail. Any customs fees, duties, or brokerage fees will be paid by you, when the package arrives.

Q: Do you charge sales taxes?

A: We are required to charge taxes on items sold to residents of GA. We do not charge taxes on sales to any other state, country, or to businesses that provide a GA reseller’s certificate.

Q: Do you have a dealer network or resellers?

A: Our memorials are available through many veterinary hospitals and other pet related businesses. If you are a provider of pet care or supplies, please register to obtain your wholesale pricing and terms.

Q: What is your delivery time?

A: Your order confirmation will give you an expected shipping date. Usually the item will ship within 7 business days, unless it is a special order. Please allow shipping time, especially to overseas locations.

Q: How are these made?

A: Most of the techniques and materials we use are proprietary and obviously not something we want to discuss. All the components are lead-free, and are specially made for high-temperature kiln working. The depiction of your pet’s head and the rainbow are permanently fused onto the oval. It is safe to hand wash and will never fade from sunlight. Just handle it with the same care as you would a fine piece of china.

Q: Is the glass brittle?

A: The memorials go through a process called “annealing” while in the kiln. It does not make the glass impervious to breakage or thermal shock, but it is as safe to handle as any other glass item.

Q: Can you accurately match the coloring and markings of my pet?

A: Well, this is a piece of art, and some artistic license is needed. Unfortunately, the palette of glass that we have to work with isn’t broad enough to accurately portray a lot of the browns and tans. That’s why we offer the option of the clear or clear iridized glass. Many people prefer the ethereal depiction of the pet’s spirit in clear glass instead of a memorial that isn’t exact in colors and markings.

Q: What payment forms do you accept?

A: Individuals and all non-US customers must use PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you may mail us a money order in US funds. If you are an approved dealer, you may apply for open account status.

No “copy cats” or “copy dogs”, please.
